If your child has an absence, please be sure to submit a parent note or doctor’s note to the school so the absence can be reviewed and updated in our attendance records, as applicable.

For your convenience, parent notes may also be submitted through Parent Square using the link in the message you receive.

Important Truancy Reminder:

After 5 unexcused absences, your child may be referred to truancy for intervention.  Please make sure all absences are properly documented to help prevent unnecessary truancy referrals.

Please remember, messages sent directly to teachers do NOT count as official attendance notes and will not be applied to your child’s attendance records.  To ensure your child’s absences are properly documented, please send all attendance notes through the school office or submit them using the Parent Square app.
